Mandarina Bavaria hop pellets (Type 90) in certified BIOLAND® quality (DE-ÖKO-006) represent authentic organic hops from Germany – developed by the renowned Hop Research Center in Hüll and a key player in the German craft beer scene since 2012. With a significantly larger cultivation area than related varieties like Hallertau Blanc or Hüll Melon, Mandarina Bavaria has become one of the most popular flavour hops in Germany.
Aromatically, this hop delights with intense fruity notes of pineapple, blackcurrant, strawberry, gooseberry, and citrus. This makes Mandarina Bavaria an excellent choice for modern beer styles such as IPAs, Pale Ales, fruity wheat beers, or creative craft brews.
Processed as Type 90 pellets, this variety is particularly suitable for late hop additions or dry hopping. Thanks to its organic cultivation, it offers exceptional flavor with a strong focus on sustainability and environmental awareness.
