For prepayment, the goods are reserved for you for 10 days.
Shipping Conditions
Important! When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g., customs duties) may apply during your order, which are NOT paid through us or invoiced by us, but must be paid directly by you to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please inquire with these authorities for details.
Please note that surcharges for shipping to islands and certain remote areas may apply. If in doubt, contact us in advance and inquire about the shipping costs!

Germany: Packages up to 20 kg (net) = €10.50 / net per package or €12.50 / gross per package. (Displayed in the cart)
Abroad: See cart. (Costs are automatically calculated and displayed in the cart, depending on the country of delivery and the amount of delivery)
Reliable Shipping Partner
We ship our goods quickly and reliably via DHL and UPS starting from a 1.0 kg film. For larger quantities (over 200 kg), we commission reliable freight companies, as experience has shown that transport on pallets is cheaper than shipping with parcels. Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 2 - 5 days, for international deliveries within 5 - 15 days after the conclusion of the contract (if prepayment has been agreed, following the timing of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Incoterms | Explanations
Incoterms (International Commercial Terms) are predefined and internationally valid rules first developed in 1936 by the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce). These rules can be voluntarily referred to by traders during contract negotiations in international goods trade.

| CIP | "CIP - Carriage and Insurance Paid To" means that the seller delivers the goods to the carrier or another person nominated by the seller at an agreed place (if such a place is agreed between the parties), and that the seller must contract for the carriage and pay the freight costs to transport the goods to the designated destination. The seller also concludes an insurance contract against the risk of loss or damage to the goods during transport, which is borne by the buyer. |
| CPT | "CPT - Carriage Paid To" means that the seller delivers the goods to the carrier or another person nominated by the seller at an agreed place (if such a place is agreed between the parties), and that the seller must contract for the carriage and pay the freight costs to transport the goods to the designated destination. |
| DAP | "DAP - Delivered at Place" means that the seller delivers when the goods are made available to the buyer, ready for unloading from the arriving means of transport at the named destination. The seller bears all risks involved in transporting the goods to the designated place. |
| DAT | "DAT - Delivered at Terminal" means that the seller delivers the goods once they have been unloaded from the arriving means of transport and made available to the buyer at a named terminal in the designated port or place of destination. "Terminal" can be any place, whether covered or not, such as a quay, warehouse, container yard, or road, rail, or air cargo terminal. The seller bears all risks associated with transporting the goods to and unloading them at the terminal in the named port or place of destination. |
| DDP | "DDP - Delivered Duty Paid" means that the seller delivers when the goods, cleared for import, are made available to the buyer ready for unloading from the arriving means of transport at the named destination. The seller bears all costs and risks associated with transporting the goods to the destination and is obligated to clear the goods not only for export but also for import, pay all duties for both export and import, and complete all customs formalities. |
| EXW | "EXW - Ex Works" means that the seller delivers when they make the goods available to the buyer at the seller’s premises or at another named place (e.g., factory, plant, warehouse, etc.). The seller is not required to load the goods on a collecting vehicle nor to clear them for export, if needed. |
| FCA | "FCA - Free Carrier" means that the seller delivers the goods to the carrier or another person nominated by the buyer at the seller’s premises or another named location. The parties are advised to specify the point within the named place of delivery as precisely as possible, as the risk passes to the buyer at that point. |
