Our fast order processing ensures that your orders are handled promptly. If the goods are in stock, we ship them within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Worldwide Hops Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping of hop products such as vacupacks, hop pellets, and hop extracts, catering to a wide range of customers including large breweries, medium-sized breweries, brewpubs, craft brewers, and home brewers.

Storage of Your Orders

We also offer the option to store your orders in our refrigerated warehouses, for a fee, of course. This ensures that your hops are stored under optimal conditions until you need them.

Organic certificates

Certification in compliance with regulation (EC) no. 834/2007 DE-ÖKO-006 was granted in August 2007 by A•B•CERT,, Esslingen. Since then Eisemann is entitled to market hops and hop products from organic cultivation, in particular Demeter® and Bioland®. In addition, the company Hildegard Eisemann GmbH & Co. KG received the group certificate SAI (Sustainable Agricultural Intiative) standards for sustainable hop production.

Is it possible to get personal advice?

An online shop always represents an automated process in which the customer orders from start to finish without contacting the seller. However, we will support you in the process when neccessary. The competent and personal advice of our customers is very important to us. You benefit from more than 150 years of experience in the hop trade - we always provide first-class advice. How does the order process work?

If you have found a desired product, you can add it without obligation by clicking the button [into the shopping cart] in the shopping cart. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time by clicking the button [shopping cart] without obligation. You can remove the products from the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the button [X]. If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click on the button [go to checkout]. There, please check your data and your purchase again. If you are already logged in, you can log in by clicking on [My Account] and enter your customer number and postal code directly. You are also welcome to log in using the [My Account] button and then place your order. By clicking on the button [order now] you complete the order process. The process can be aborted at any time by closing the browser window.

1. You click on your desired product and add it to your shopping cart. You can see the products of your shopping cart by clicking on the button [shopping cart]. You can remove a product from your shopping cart by clicking on the [X].

2. When you have your desired products in your shopping cart, you click the button [Go to checkout].

3. You sign in your personal data. When you already have a customer account, please login.

4. Check your order.

5. By clicking [Submite order] you complete the order process.

Why is it not possible to complete the order process?

If there are products in your shopping cart, but you do not have the option to press [Proceed to checkout], the following things can block the purchase:

Shipping to your specified delivery address is not possible with any of our logistics partners (for more information see Payment & Shipping)
Your products in the cart exceed the total weight of 200 kg per order.
The desired product is not longer available.

Why can I only order up to 200 kg?

We strive for a cost effective solution for our customers. Experience has shown that we therefore charge a forwarding company from 200 kg.

How do I cancel my order?

If you have accidentally or incorrectly placed your order, please contact us immediately by contact form or phone.

How can I track my order?

Shortly after your order is placed, we deposit the tracking number of your delivery. The number can be found in the order confirmation which you get via email and in your customer account.

Why didn't I receive a tracking number?

If your order does not contain a sampling number, please contact us by phone or email.

Is it possible to order on account?

We offer commercial customers with a registered office in Germany the option to purchase on account (in addition to prepayment and PayPal). The invoice amount can then be conveniently transferred within 14 calendar days from the date of invoice issuance.

However, this payment option is available only after a positive internal risk assessment, which we conduct individually upon request. Requirements for invoice customers: You are a corporate customer, order regularly in our shop and your company is based in Germany.

How can I reset my password?

How do I completely delete my user account?

If you would like to completely delete your user account including all personal data, please contact our administrator by contact form .
