Hallertauer Tradition | Hop pellets Type 90 | BIOLAND®

Product information "Hallertauer Tradition | Hop pellets Type 90 | BIOLAND®"

Hallertauer Tradition is a proven German aroma hop – now also available in certified Bioland organic quality (DE-ÖKO-006). This variety combines traditional hop culture with modern organic farming and impresses with a well-balanced aroma profile featuring fruity notes of apricot, blackcurrant, orange, peach, and citrus.

With its mild yet noticeable bitterness, Hallertauer Tradition is especially well-suited for late hop additions, where delicate aromas should shine. It’s ideal for traditional beer styles such as Pilsner, Helles, or Export, as well as for creative organic brews.

Processed as Type 90 hop pellets, this organic hop is easy to store, precisely dosed, and offers consistent quality. An excellent organic alternative to Hallertauer Mittelfrüh.
