Hersbrucker Spät Hops – Traditional German Aroma Hop
Organic hops according to DE-ÖKO-006 / BIOLAND®.
Hersbrucker Spät is a traditional German aroma hop variety originating from the Hersbruck region. As one of the classic landrace hops, it is valued for its delicate, well-balanced and elegant aroma profile. It has been used for decades in high-quality, traditional beers.
